Grouper Cinemas S.A. may amend the terms of use and conditions at any time and you should check for any changes at any time. If you continue to use the site, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended terms and conditions. The payment for the Products and Services available through the Options Cinemas website is made exclusively by credit and/or debit card of the user. The card is charged when the tickets and/or products are booked and the transaction is completed online. The Options Cinemas website has taken all appropriate measures to ensure the security of credit and/or debit card transactions. In case of failure to charge the credit or debit card, the order is automatically cancelled. Options Cinemas reserves the right to change prices without notice.

 Limitation of Liability

Grouper Cinemas S.A., without any guarantee and therefore without any liability, makes every effort to ensure that the information and the entire content of its website is distinguished by accuracy, clarity, timeliness, completeness and validity. Under no circumstances, is it liable for any damage caused to the user as a result of the use of its website. Grouper Cinemas S.A. does not provide any guarantee, express or implied, regarding the possibility of further use of the information and services provided by its Website. CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND USE OF TICKETS

The Options Cinemas' e-ticket service was created to serve you quickly and efficiently, so that you can enjoy the film you want. The following terms and conditions are intended to help you understand the process of purchasing tickets from www.options-cinemas.gr, or tickets.options-cinemas.gr, your obligations and your rights against Grouper Cinemas S.A. If you have any questions, please contact us. The Terms of Purchase and Use of Tickets are subject to and included in the Terms of Use of the website. Each ticket you purchase constitutes permission to attend the specific show and is subject to any additional terms and conditions that may be stated therein:                          

The purchase of the ticket entitles the ticket holder to attend the screening indicated on it, if and when they accept and comply with the terms of operation of the venue. The admission of the audience to the performance means the unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.
The purchase of a ticket is valid for one person only and only for the date, performance, time and location for which it has been issued, otherwise the holder will not be allowed entry. A requirement is that the ticket holder must meet the age limit depending on the suitability of the film.
The ticket is valid for one entry only and is only valid if sold by an official point of sale. The exchange, resale and general trading of tickets is prohibited. Tickets purchased with the intention of becoming the subject of a business, commercial, advertising or other activity without the approval of the organisers may be cancelled.
All seats available are numbered and are seated.                                                                       

The ticket must be kept until the end of the screening and must be shown to the venue staff upon request.
Admission to the venue and the screening will take place in accordance with the health protocols in force at the time of the screening.
The admission and consumption on the premises of the cinema of products not originating from the cinema premises and its canteen is prohibited.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or other substances are prohibited from entering the cinema.
Persons carrying glass bottles, metal soda cans, weapons, sharp objects, flammable materials and anything else that could pose a risk to the safety of spectators and staff are prohibited from entering the cinema premises. The company reserves the right to control the entrance for security reasons.
Filming, photography, and recording of part or all of the film by any means (e.g. camera, mobile phone, video camera, etc.) and for any purpose is prohibited.
For the purchase of discount tickets, where applicable, the status of the beneficiary must be proven by showing the relevant document (e.g. student pass, unemployment card, etc.).The company is not responsible for any accidents that may result from the inappropriate behaviour of the viewers, and for any damage or loss of personal belongings of the viewers in the cinema.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the cinema.
Cinema staff are on the premises for the purpose of public service and safety, as well as for the smooth running of the screening. The viewers must comply with the instructions of the staff. The staff has the right to remove from the cinema premises any viewer(s) whose behaviour interferes with the smooth running of the screening and/or the right of other viewers to attend the screening. 
The present ticket cannot be cancelled or refunded, and its value cannot be redeemed under any circumstances, e.g. in case of non-attendance of the holder at the screening or in case of remorse. Likewise, any costs for the e-ticketing service are non-refundable. The cinema is also not obliged to replace any stolen or lost tickets.                                                              

In case of non-performance of the screening due to weather conditions or force majeure, the tickets are kept by the client in order to be replaced with tickets of the same value either for the same screening or for another screening and film on another day at the same venue.
In the event of a definitive cancellation of the screening, the tickets will be redeemed, within a certain time, from the places and in the manner announced by the company. The viewer accepts that the company is not liable to compensate them, other than the price of their ticket, for any other expenses incurred by them as a result of the cancellation of the screening. Any costs for the ticketing service (service fees) will not be reimbursed. 
Requests for ticket changes are accepted in writing to info@options-cinemas.gr up to 24 hours before the screening date and time indicated on your tickets. Sending the request does not constitute acceptance of the request by the company, which will examine it and reply to you in writing.
